We recently had the chance to experience a culinary collaboration between Emeril’s NOLA and Pêche, highlighting a deeply personal and cultural exploration of Portuguese and Filipino cuisine.
This special dinner was hosted at Emeril's newest restaurant—his first concept fully dedicated to the cuisine of his Portuguese heritage, inspired by his late mother, Hilda. The event brought together the rich flavors and culinary traditions of Portugal and the Philippines, celebrating a shared identity and deep-rooted cultural connection through food.
